RAFFLES CAMPUS PTE LTD, SINGAPORE
The management team of Raffles Campus in Singapore, together with Strategic Foundation, a Singapore based non-profit charitable organisation, has successfully completed a Management Buyout (“MBO”) of Emaar International School in Singapore. The key members of the management team in Raffles Campus were fully involved in the Singapore and Dubai schools operations and were primarily instrumental in the successful launch and growth of these schools and nurseries during the past 3 years. With the completion of the MBO, all Raffles International Schools and nurseries in Dubai are therefore independent of and no longer associated in any way with the management and academic team of Raffles Campus in Singapore.
